GHENT

Ghent is one of Belgium’s most authentic gems. Located between Brussels and Bruges, it blends medieval grandeur with a modern, youthful vibe thanks to its large student population. Its mix of history, art, canals, castles, and everyday local life gives it a strong personality: calmer than Brussels, but more alive than Bruges.

With Flemish façades reflected in the water, cobblestone streets, and a vibrant cultural scene, Ghent is Flanders’ best-kept secret. Here, the old and the contemporary coexist in perfect balance.
